Multimedia self-development comedy about finding your place in the universe of endless possibilities.
We live in an era of endless possibilities. On the path of self-development, we seek our place in the universe. We change our homes, jobs, partners, citizenship, beliefs, orientation, and even gender. Sometimes, in the labyrinth of endless self-development options, we get lost, and thus we seek the help of coaches and motivational speakers. However, if we fall into the wrong hands, we end up trapped in a vicious cycle even more, futilely searching for a better version of ourselves.
Where Your Identity Is? follows the stories of people who, under the guidance of an unconventional coach, work on their new identities. Actor Franz tries to break free from being typecast in the roles of Nazis, the ethereal Věra explores the possibilities of life as a mermaid in her bathtub, and Venezuelan Jana is determined to overcome all cultural shocks and fit in as best as she can in the Czech Republic. However, the path of self-development is thorny and unpredictable.
In his second original piece, Zlatko Teskere explores the theme of identity in the context of self-development. Although he is physically alone on stage this time as well, other protagonists speak to the audience via videos by Barbora Johansson, in the form of online consultations with identity coach Zlatan.
